Information on Registered Massage Therapy

A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) has completed two to three years of post-secondary education and passed the written and practical examination of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Massage Therapy is a regulated health profession, and every Registered Massage Therapist is held up to specific standards.

Massage Therapy is not covered by OHIP. However, many private insurance companies cover massage therapy treatment (sometimes a Doctor's referral is required). If you have any other questions feel free to contact us.
